got so many stages of the hiring process.. hr was attentive. they are transparent. both parties manage their expectations. the questions were quite tough but manageable by my side. i can feel the welcoming vibes from them.

The interview was virtual, with about 5 people present. It was pretty casual and positive. After my interview, one of the principals started harassing me, accusing me of not wanting to stay in the area long term, even though I kept saying I wanted to stay. He didn't believe me and asked my friend, who he knew, about my 'real' intentions at least 3 times. Another employee contacted me to ask the same thing, mentioning I'd get paperwork for an offer, but the principal just needed to be sure. The principal then called me himself to ask about my intentions again. I felt really uncomfortable with his aggressive tactics and how he tried to get my friend to say I wouldn't stay. In the end, I didn't get an offer, which was annoying since I was told I would. His methods are really off-putting and don't build loyalty, which might explain the high turnover.

The interview was in-person in a glass conference room near reception. The interviewers were pleasant and didn't ask hard questions. They mentioned that an executive leader would be the next step, but I was ghosted after the in-person interview. Nothing further happened.
