Receiver
You start with a math test. Depending on your performance, they'll either let you know they'll call you back or move you to a second interview. It's an easy interview. The math test covers basic arithmetic like addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication, along with very basic geometry and perception skills.
- Can you describe your past work history?
Warehouse Associate
I sent in my application online and got a call back within 2 days. When I went in for the interview, I first had to take a math test. After finishing the test, I waited in the waiting room. A recruiter then asked me a few questions. I was given a choice between a 5am or 7am start time and also asked about my shirt size. Then, I was taken to the warehouse to see around for a little bit. I returned to the hiring center to complete some paperwork and was asked if I had time for a drug test, which I agreed to so I wouldn't have to come back again. I arrived at 8am and finished all the required steps by 12pm. About a week after the drug test results came back, I was contacted about an orientation date.
- Can you describe your past work experience?
- What time would you prefer to begin your shift?
- Are you available to start immediately?
Stocker
it was really fast paced and hard to understand the questions because of the masks we had to ear and distance we had to have. It was a pretty easy interview I guess you can say
- Can you tell me why you are interested in this position?
- What is your biggest accomplishment?
- What is something you feel you need to work on?
