It was a really long process. They started with a phone interview, then an in person interview, and then reference checks. They also had an online assessment where you need to get several people to do your reference checks for you. This part can be really tough if you're still working and don't want people to know you're looking.

The interview process felt excessively long and unnecessary just to secure an initial in-person meeting. They required me to provide 9 professional references who would receive a link for a survey to move forward. Following that, I had to complete an online assessment estimated to take around 2 hours. All of this came after completing 4 phone interviews, and this was merely to get to the first face-to-face interview. The expected weekly work hours were extremely high, and I have extensive retail experience.
