It was pretty easy, like a chat. They asked me about my strengths and weaknesses. I didn't prepare for stuff like hobbies, but they did ask why I was interested in Hobby Lobby. After the interview, there was a math test, which was easy since I'm good at math. Calculators aren't used on the job.

The interview process was very quick and simple. I submitted my application and was interviewed and hired all in the same day. They gave a surprise math test with simple word problems, like figuring out how many more items are needed to fill a shelf given the item count and shelf capacity. The interviewer was very kind.
