It was a pretty standard interview. They went over my past work history and explained the basic job duties and expectations, like handling the cash register, placing orders, stocking shelves, and general store upkeep. They also discussed the pay and benefits. I was asked if I was interested in the job as described and if I felt capable of performing the duties. I received a job offer and was given time to consider it with my family before responding with my decision over the phone.

The hiring and interview process was super fast. You really need to be on top of things and go talk to the manager yourself (in person is best) if you want the job. The interview felt a bit like a lot for a basic retail position. They asked the usual questions like about your strengths and weaknesses, why you want the job, and what you can contribute. There was also a math test you had to do without a time limit.
