The interview experience was great and really informative. I liked that the interviewers were approachable and knew their stuff, and they took the time to talk with me. It was more like a conversation than an interrogation. They seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me and were open to all my questions. They were also upfront about how the interview process works.

The interview went pretty well. After that, I submitted my writing samples. They initially said they'd get back to me in about a week. A week passed, so I sent a follow-up email, but heard nothing. Another week went by, and I emailed again, still with no reply. After the third week, I ended up emailing the interviewer's supervisor to check if everything was alright with my interviewer and to ask about the status of the position. Still no response.

I got an email from the HR VP to set up an interview. I went in and talked about my experience. The HR VP and the Tech Director were impressed. They said I'd hear back in about a week but it took 3 weeks to get a call for a second interview. This time I did a video editing skills test and aced it. Then I had a quick chat with the HR VP and Tech Director again. They said I'd hear back the next Monday. Monday passed, then the following week passed. I still can't reach HR and the Tech Director is hardly ever in the office. In the end, I never heard back about whether I got the job or if they chose someone else, which was unprofessional.
