Had a Zoom meeting for the initial interview. They asked basic questions like 'how do you handle rejection?' and 'What is your experience in sales, etc'. I didn't get the job but it was a good interview experience.

The hiring process kicked off in January 2018 with an online application. Next, there was a video interview where I could record and review my answers before submitting. After that, I had two in-person interviews, each lasting an hour, followed by a 30-minute phone interview. The whole thing wrapped up with a rejection email in April 2018. It felt like a long haul, and getting straight answers on things like the start date or how the base + commission pay structure worked was a bit of a runaround, often being directed to HR who weren't always responsive or clear when they did reply.

Started with a quick call with the recruiter. Then there was a video interview, which you could practice for a few times. After that, they sent over an assessment with behavioral, grammar, and tough math questions. Finally, after all that, they set up an onsite interview with three interviewers, one after the other, which felt like a lot for this role. Overall, it felt like too many steps and there were some hiccups with scheduling, but it might be a good place to work.
