A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn. I had a call with her, though she was a bit late. After that, I interviewed with the VP of Sales, and then the hiring manager. So, three interviews in total. I was told I'd hear back the next week after the last one. But after two weeks of silence, I emailed all three interviewers for an update and got no response back – totally ghosted.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

This was a long 2 month interview process. It started with 2 phone interviews, then an on demand video interview where I had to answer 10 questions. After that, I took a 2 hr assessment test. The process concluded with two in person interviews. During the last interview, the director I met with hadn't even reviewed my resume and asked me where I was a teacher, which I never was. I later found out I wasn't qualified because I lacked a curriculum or teaching background. It's frustrating because I feel the recruiter should have known the job requirements and not wasted my time if I wasn't qualified from the start.

Behavioral Presentation

First, there's an initial phone interview. If that goes well, you'll have an in-person interview with the direct sales manager. After that, you might travel to another city for an in-person interview with the Regional Sales Manager (they'll cover your travel expenses). Finally, there's a last interview with the National Sales Manager, probably over the phone, but maybe in person if they're around. They kind of coach you through it so there aren't many surprises. You'll also have to do a mock sales presentation using a product and PowerPoint.
