Applied with resume. Got a call from a recruiter to set up a quick chat. She was super helpful and answered all my questions. Then had a phone interview with a developer and manager. They were friendly, asked some basic coding questions, and talked about the job. They sent a coding test with a 1-2 day deadline. I sent it back in about two days. It was pretty basic but took longer than they said. After that, they just ghosted me. Didn't hear anything back even after I emailed asking for feedback. I guess it's good I found out about their unprofessionalism before starting. Some people are nice when they want to hire you but show their true colors when things don't go perfectly. It's a shame this happens so often. I'd steer clear of HM Electronics.

I applied online and got a call from the hiring recruiter in HR. Then I had 3 interviews. First, I met with the manager and a senior software engineer. After that, I had a second interview with the director of engineering. Finally, my 3rd interview was with the same people from before to recap the entire interview process.
