Assembler Tester
You'll face a few standard questions, then there's an assessment where you'll put together and label one of our product lines. Just stick to the instructions and concentrate; it's not difficult. If you stay calm and clear-headed, you can show what you're capable of. Make sure to highlight your attention to detail, as that's really important for making a good impression.
- Tell me about your experience with assembly.
- Do you have any knowledge about ESD?
Business Analyst
It was a virtual interview with 4 rounds. All rounds were about Business Analyst domain questions. The first round was with a director, the second with a BA, the third with a manager, and the fourth with HR.
- Could you describe your understanding of the roles and responsibilities associated with a Business Analyst position?
- Can you share details about your prior involvement in various projects?
Manufacturing Engineer
The interview process had three stages. First, there was an initial discussion with HR about the role. Then, a technical interview with the manager and a senior engineer took place. In the third stage, I toured the plant and was told I was selected. However, two days later, the recruiter called to say they couldn't hire me due to immigration policies, even though I had clearly communicated my visa status and legal ability to work in the U.S. during the first interview. It felt like a waste of my time and money.
- Could you describe the main principles you follow for lean manufacturing?
Technical Support Representative
A recruiter reached out and set up a 30-minute video interview. Following that, there was a 2-hour interview scheduled. The first hour involved shadowing an employee in the role. The second hour consisted of an interview with a group of supervisors. I was told they would contact me the following week, but I had to reach out myself to find out I didn't get the position. It was a holiday, which might have affected things. Some questions asked don't seem relevant to performing the job, and the second round of interviews felt unnecessary.
- How would you handle different scenarios?
- Describe your process for troubleshooting two lamps.
- Test of recall for information previously provided.
