During the online assessment, I faced different question types to check cognitive and analytical skills. The test included pattern recognition questions with visual figures, requiring observation and logical reasoning to find sequences and relationships. It also had scheduling questions testing the ability to analyze multiple constraints and find the best solution. I also got alphanumeric pattern questions to check logical thinking and finding hidden patterns in number/letter sequences. The assessment also had questions about profit determination from diagrams, needing data interpretation, basic calculations, and decision-making from visuals like charts. The test was comprehensive and moderately challenging, combining logical reasoning, analytical thinking, accuracy, and time management. Some parts, especially those with multiple conditions or complex data, needed high focus and efficiency to finish on time.

For each question in the online video interview, you'll have 1 minute to prep your answer and then 3 minutes to respond. The interview will be conducted entirely in English.

So, after you submit your CV, there's an online test and interview. If you get through that, the next part is the HR interview. It took quite a long time, like 2-3 months from the first stage to this one. Then, if you pass the HR interview, they invite you for an on-ground assessment. This day-long assessment is really tiring, and it includes a FGD, a user interview, and a business case presentation. Once you're done with that and pass, you'll interview with the BOD, which usually means VPs, directors, or heads of departments. And if you pass all of that, you just have to do the MCU, and then you get the job!
