Finance Apprentice
After I passed the HR interview, I set up an online user interview with two employees. The interview was conducted half in Bahasa Indonesia and half in English. The English part focused on my past experiences, how I work, and some organizational questions. The Bahasa Indonesia part was about basic finance knowledge. I found the study case a bit challenging, but they gave me hints to help me through it. Overall, it was a really good interview experience!

The interview process felt really organized and professional. Mostly, they asked me behavioral questions to get a sense of my past experiences, how I approach problems, and if I fit with SampoSa's values. The interviewer was nice and made it feel comfortable. We also talked about leadership and teamwork scenarios. It was a good, engaging chat overall.

Graduate Trainee
So, after you submit your CV, there's an online test and interview. If you get through that, the next part is the HR interview. It took quite a long time, like 2-3 months from the first stage to this one. Then, if you pass the HR interview, they invite you for an on-ground assessment. This day-long assessment is really tiring, and it includes a FGD, a user interview, and a business case presentation. Once you're done with that and pass, you'll interview with the BOD, which usually means VPs, directors, or heads of departments. And if you pass all of that, you just have to do the MCU, and then you get the job!
- Can you give a brief personal summary?
- What are your goals?
- What are your insights about the program?
