The entire process took 3 hours. First, HR introduced the company, the Graduate Trainee Program, and what to expect in the interview. Then, I had to give a 2-minute self-introduction. After that, there was a 15-minute prep time for a group discussion, followed by a 25-minute group discussion. Finally, there was a 1-hour written test.

The interview process was pretty straightforward and kept me interested. We started with a screening, and then went into technical and behavioral interviews. Each part checked my skills, how I solve problems, and if I'd fit in with the team. They were really good at communicating what was happening.
