First, there was a self-introduction, then they asked about my background and any SQL experience I had. After that, I was given SQL tables and asked to answer a question using GROUP BY. The interviewers were super nice and made me feel comfortable from the get-go. They asked some typical questions that let me talk about my past experiences and skills. They also explained the job duties and what they expect for this position, which was helpful for me to know what the job would need if I got it. Overall, it was a good chat, and I liked how they were open and willing to have a real talk.

Digital Product and Operations Executive
Had an HR screening call first. Then, after about 1-2 weeks, I had a 1:1 online interview with the direct supervisor. I followed up with HR for an update and was told I wasn't shortlisted. But then, a few work days later, HR called and suddenly offered me the job. It was a verbal offer with no email. During the call, HR discussed the whole package and negotiated salary, saying my initial range was too high for their budget and needed supervisor approval. The HR person was also quite dismissive of my experience, even though I showed managerial skills as an associate, which felt disrespectful. She then asked me to do the background check while she sought salary approval. After over 3 weeks for the background check, HR still had no positive or negative update and stalled again on another call. It seems HR at HKT has professionalism issues and might be intentionally delaying the process for their own reasons.
- Can you perform data analysis independently and derive insights from it?
