The interview process was really disorganized. I had trouble with parking instructions because there were two garages next to each other on a tiny, busy street. I felt super rushed during the interview because the supervisor of admins said she had other meetings, so she didn't have much time. It was weird to have an in-person interview if they couldn't even spare 30 minutes. I was excited to be there and didn't even get a thank you for coming email, just that they hired someone else. It felt like a waste of time.
