The interview process felt a bit unprofessional and had some unnecessary steps. During the technical interview, they had me do a math test, which seemed odd for a recruiting position. In the final round with the CEO, he was 15 minutes late and showed up very casually dressed, and his attitude was pretty rude.

The interview process was quite long, but I was treated with respect throughout. The final stage involved three parts: first, an interview with a recruiter and the Hiring Manager. This was followed by a proctored diagnostics test covering reading, math, and grammar. Finally, I had another interview with the Director of Finance and the CEO. It was challenging, but everyone was very nice.
