Applied online and heard back from HR pretty fast, which was cool. The technical interview was mostly about my past work, the stuff I've done, what I like, and how I do things. It felt pretty legit at first, but man, it's been over a month and still nothing. Feels like I'm not gonna hear back. It's kinda unprofessional and shows they don't really care about people or their time. Makes you wonder how much they actually value us.

Got a call from HR after they saw my LinkedIn, we talked about salary and what the job entails. HR mentioned there would be just one technical round lasting an hour before a decision would be made. However, I ended up having 3 technical rounds over 3 weeks with different people, and each time they said I passed. Then there was supposed to be a final interview with the Manager, who also seemed positive after talking with me. The HR then called to say I got selected, but they couldn't offer the job because they had to interview another candidate for the senior role first. It really felt like they didn't value my time or effort in this process. The whole thing, including the job listing, seemed a bit off because despite positive feedback after every interview, I didn't get an offer. Definitely avoid this place!
