It was an easy interview for an experienced professional. The interview focused on standard time, balancing, capacity analysis, lean manufacturing principles, and the Toyota Production System. The selection process was very clear and the interviewers were very professional.

The interview was pretty standard. I spoke with a process engineer who works in the same area, which was good because they understood the job. They started by talking about the company and the role for about 15 minutes, which I already knew. Then we spent about 30 minutes discussing my background and going over usual questions. Nothing unexpected, no hard technical stuff. The interviewer seemed to think it went well, but they took about 6 weeks to let me know they hired someone else.

HR reached out to me and scheduled an interview for after Chinese New Year. I arrived at the office at 7:30 am for the interview. They gave me a form to fill out and an IQ test, which I had 45 minutes to complete. Following the test, I had an interview with a senior production manager and the HR representative.
