I had some basic questions about my experience, like how much I have and why I left my last job. They also asked me to share an example of a problem I solved and why I want to join Hitachi Medical Systems. The technical questions were kinda vague, I wasn't sure how deep they wanted me to go with the answers, but they weren't too hard or surprising. The pauses after my answers were a bit weird.

After graduation, Hitachi reviewed resumes and invited prospects for an interview at the school with my future manager. He asked technical questions and tested my ability to navigate their CD interface for a specific model. I then had a second interview at school with my manager and his manager, focusing on situational questions about customer and equipment scenarios. After passing both, a final call interview with the managers' boss involved a company overview and a personal assessment. I felt prepared for the technical questions due to my recent graduation and had no issues with them. The situational questions tested common sense and empathy towards the customer. My advice is to brush up on electronic basics, RF amplifiers, and antennas, and focus on customer satisfaction, as the company provides MRI-specific training.

So first you have a phone interview with the VP of Field Service. If they think you might be a fit, they fly you out to HQ in Twinsburg, OH. There, you'll take a basic electronics test. Pass that, and you'll have a few more interviews, some one-on-one, some panel style. After that, there's lunch, then a chat with HR, and finally, you meet the VP of Field Service again. Be careful though, they bait-and-switched me. Offered me a job in one city, then after I went home, said that position was filled and offered me a job almost 1,000 miles away.
