So, I interviewed with this huge company, and honestly, they have a lot of people cycling through. The salary they proposed was totally out of line. I was shocked they'd offer that to a senior consultant. Because of the pay, I had to turn down their offer.

The interview process included a technical interview where they asked about my experience and some discussions related to my work. I was also asked to prepare for the question 'why you are applying to their company'. This was followed by a matching interview that discussed my availability and any concerns I have in the process.

I applied online and got a recruiter call. The recruiter talked for most of the call and the in-person interview. I asked to postpone the interview for a week because of a project, but they scheduled it anyway, which I felt wouldn't lead to a good outcome. I felt they weren't listening to me. The recruiter also shared confidential information that they shouldn't have. I questioned why they were telling me this and if they would gossip about me later. I disliked the follow-up process. They never provide feedback. After my phone interview with the hiring manager, I sent a thank-you note and mentioned things I missed. Weeks passed with no response or feedback, even after another email and call from me. It was unprofessional not to even send a simple rejection email.
