Technical Behavioral Case

I interviewed with a few managers from the division. Some of them were in sales roles, and others were in more technical roles. They asked a mix of technical and organizational questions. They really dug into how I handle escalations, difficult customers, and juggling multiple priorities. The technical questions were about my understanding of the semiconductor industry overall and how the individual operations work.

The interview process was really fast. I have some thoughts on that. The HR recruiter was professional and always answered all my questions. I think it's a good company for career development.

Behavioral Other

I was contacted by a placement agency to set up an interview. I had a long interview with two managers from different departments. One manager kept leaving to take calls, which felt overwhelming as I was essentially interviewing for two different positions. A lot of information was presented, making it hard to distinguish between the two roles. The interview concluded with the question of which position I thought I'd prefer. My impression was that the company was preparing for a large merger soon, and management seemed unsure of the details. I left feeling that the company's disorganization made me question whether I wanted to work there.
