This role needed to be filled quickly so the interview process was short. It started with an internal recruiter call, followed by a hiring manager interview. I didn't hear back from the recruiter after the first call, and they became unresponsive, which was unprofessional.

I had a quick 15 min screening call with the recruiter. Then, I had a second interview with the Hiring Manager (based in Portugal) and the local Account Manager (based in Spain). After these two interviews, and after they asked me about my current salary during the second round, I never heard back from them. I've seen this same job posting reappear on job boards for months. I suspect it's either a salary issue or a mismatch between expectations and the job description. Either way, it's quite surprising.
