I got a call from a consultancy, and it seems they just forwarded my resume even though it didn't match the job description. I'm also not sure how Hitachi shortlisted my profile when it wasn't a match. The interviewer didn't even look at my resume and asked questions outside my skill sets, and the interview ended in just a few minutes. So, it was not a good experience.

The interview process included an initial screening, followed by three interviews with senior team members, and then a final interview with the hiring manager. My recruiter, Nainik, was very helpful and quick to respond, keeping me informed about the process and what to expect next. Everyone I interviewed with was polite, professional, and asked relevant questions. They also took the time to answer all my questions about the role and the company. It was one of the best hiring experiences I've had.
