The process was extremely lengthy - 10 weeks in total from the first interview till I BEGGED to learn about the outcome of the third (final) interview. First two interviews were a combination of technical + cultural of nature with the hiring manager and their one-up respectively. Despite passing both interviews I apparently failed the 3rd interview which is purely CULTURAL with the two level up from the hiring manager. I only learnt the outcome after another two week of begging (the internal recruiter through emails).

Applied online on their site and heard back about 8 days later from the Talent Coordinator who handled all the scheduling. The next week, I had a two-part in-person interview. First, I met with the manager to discuss my background, experience, the position, and job details. Then, I met with two senior staff members for a behavior-based discussion about my past experiences. The following morning, I had a phone interview with the director, which was a more in-depth behavioral discussion about my work history. Later that day, the recruiter called to let me know an offer was coming within 24 hours. I got the offer the next day and accepted.

It was a 2 round process, not too serious. They were looking for someone with at least 8-10 years of experience, specifically with Oracle Fusion ERP modules like AP, AR, GL, not just Accounting Hub. SQL skills for data validation and reporting were important, as well as understanding how the Accounting Rule Engine connects with other systems.
