Project Manager
Had an interview with the VP and BU Head. The VP seemed uninterested and kept asking irrelevant questions, and also interrupted a lot. No HR follow-up happened after. It felt like a waste of time.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Project Manager
The interview process was kinda unclear, the hiring manager didn't really spell out what they were looking for in the role based on the job description. It felt like they wanted someone with over 7 years of experience, but then they said experience level didn't matter, which just felt like a waste of my time.
- Could you describe the differences between Agile and Waterfall in Japanese and also write them down?
Project Manager
It was a long interview process with 4 different rounds. You'll interview with peers and Practice Leaders. The final round is a round table discussion where you'll present and defend your experience using a real-life case.
- Tell me about your years of experience and the type of management you've done.
