It was a one-way interview using Willow, and I could record as many times as I wanted. There wasn't a time limit, so it was a good experience. It was mainly motivational questions, no technical questions at this stage.

I applied online and had to do an online assessment, then an online interview with HR, and the last interview was in person with the line manager. It was a pretty easy process and the interviewers were nice and knew their stuff.

They were lovely people and made me feel comfortable. I didn't get the job, but the culture seemed great and I loved it overall.
