After submitting my online application, I got an email with an interview invitation. They asked me when I would be available to speak with them for 15-30 minutes. The interview lasted about 20 minutes. The interviewer was nice, but sometimes I couldn't understand her because of a weak phone line, though it wasn't my fault. Overall, the questions weren't very difficult.

The interview process was brilliant. The recruitment team are the best I’ve ever seen! First we were taken onto the sales floor to listen to some real calls which was really interesting, the staff are so helpful which is refreshing. Then there was a competence interview which was relaxed and friendly. I never dealt like there was any pressure on me. Then there was a lock call where you had to read through a pack of information and contact a ‘client’, again even though it was a little tough there was no pressure and the ‘client’ would push a little for answers they needed. Finally there was a team building exercise which was really fun to do. Overall a great day which was friendly and different to normal interviews

The interview process has been good so far, and response times have been fast. I'm hopeful they see me as a valuable addition to the team. The phone interview went well; I spoke with an HR representative who knew about the role but lacked deep details. I'm now waiting to hear back from someone in the department.
