The interview was a 3-part process: Interview with my to-be team leader (Senior IT BA), interview with IT Project Portfolio manager (via webconference) and finally an interview with HoIT. During this time, HR team was always in contact and ready to answer any questions or provide the required support.

Behavioral Technical

I applied in April and about a month later got a call asking about my availability for a phone interview with the hiring manager. It was mostly behavioral questions. A few days after that, they told me the phone interview went well and invited me for an online psychometric test. A couple of days after the test, they let me know my results were in and invited me for a face-to-face interview with two managers. This was again mostly behavioral questions based on my CV. A few days later, I had a follow-up interview with a senior manager/head of IT and someone from HR. They said I'd hear back about the outcome. After a week with no word, I emailed the recruiter but never got a response. I wish I'd at least gotten a simple email rejection instead of complete silence; it's not a good way to treat people.
