Software Engineer
First, I had a phone call with the recruiter. Then, I got a take-home assignment to complete within 24 hours. After that, I went to their offices for interviews. The first was with a team member, focusing on personal background and experience. The second was with the Team Leader, where I had to solve 2 Leetcode questions. I got feedback that my home assignment was done very well. The interviews were pleasant. However, a few days later, I was informed that they had 15 candidates and could only hire one.

Technical Implementation Manager
The interview process was terrible, disorganized and did nothing but lead me on and wasted my time. I was interviewed by all c-levels. They even called my references. I was told I was the perfect fit by everyone at every stage. But they dragged the process on for weeks. I spent hours on assignments. Finally they tell me they moved the position to the US. That was a lie considering that there is another review for same position, after I was told the position was no longer relevant. And seems the candidate had the same experience as myself. Basically, this company has no stable HR process and interview process. They don't seem to know what they want but they were very good at making me think that they were going to make me an offer (even introduced me to all the teams), dragging the process along for weeks with the excuses of structural changes causing delays and then totally wasting my time. But I am glad I didn't get an offer. If the interview process reflects the company and its values, then they did me a favor!

Customer Success Manager
So I interviewed for this HR Tech company and honestly their whole candidate experience was pretty rough. First off, my initial interview wasn't with HR, but a Senior CSM. Then, HR sent an automated email for scheduling the second round after I finished a task (which involved a sample email and some data analysis). The second interview was with a VP in CS, and they were great. After that, I had to chase HR twice because none of the emails had contact info, so I had to reply to their automated ones, and they didn't respond. Eventually, a VP emailed me to set up a third round with another VP or senior CS person. We had that third round, and they got back to me in four business days (which was fast compared to others taking weeks) to say I didn't get the job. To be clear, the actual interviews with the people were fine, they were all professional and nice. But honestly, I wouldn't recommend working for an HR Tech company with a hiring process that would have taken two more interviews (making it 5 interviews and a task total) over two months just to get an offer. Seriously, they need to get with the times, especially for an HR tech company, and make their hiring process more efficient and respectful.

Implementation Project Manager
A recruiter from the company reached out on LinkedIn and sold me on the company's stability. After an initial phone chat, I had a call with an operations manager who gave me a take-home assignment, estimating it would take 3-4 hours. I ended up spending a whole weekend on it. The next step was to present one part of the assignment. When I got to their office, they surprisingly asked if I brought a laptop, even though they had my presentation. They gave me a Mac that messed up my PowerPoint slides. I was supposed to present to three people, but only one was there in person, and two joined via Zoom. The two remote attendees seemed disengaged, even turning off their cameras. The feedback was that I sounded nervous and my presentation was 'cracking.' Given it's an HR tech company, I expected a more professional and respectful process.
