I took a day off for my second interview, but they gave me the wrong address, making me almost late. The interview went well, as did the first one. They discussed salary, incentives, and introduced me to staff, which was promising. Afterward, there was no response until I called them multiple times. They decided to hire internally, showing a callous and indifferent attitude without accountability. It felt like they forgot about me and I was bothering them with follow-ups. It was the worst treatment I've ever received from a potential employer. While it might be an employer's market, that doesn't excuse a lack of basic decency in informing candidates why they weren't selected.

Applied and recruiter reached out in a week. Got an in-person interview two days later. Interview went great, hiring managers seemed to like me. After the interview, I heard nothing back - no calls, no emails. I tried to get updates from the recruiter but they were rude and then ghosted me. It's been 4 weeks since the interview. I don't recommend this place, feels like they just waste your time.
