Sales Representative
The interview process at Hire Dynamics was really old school and not professional at all. It took me over a month, using up my PTO/Vacation days, for in-person interviews, Zoom calls, and several phone chats. They kept saying an offer letter was coming and that these steps were just a formality. I didn't mind putting in the effort because they promised a competitive job offer. After 5 interviews with different people, a ride-along to meet clients, reference checks, an assessment, and verifying my compensation, I still didn't get the info I asked for. I wanted to know about benefits like vacation, 401k, etc., which most good companies use to get top talent. It was weird they wouldn't talk about the total compensation package. But they kept asking about my salary expectations and made me send proof of my current pay (W2 or pay stub). This is an outdated method, illegal in many states, and very unprofessional. Even though they said I'd get an offer after sending my pay details, they ghosted me for almost two weeks. I had to keep asking for updates and often got no replies. Then, out of the blue, I got a late phone call after hours saying they weren't hiring for the position. No real explanation, just 'enjoy your dinner and time with your family' as the call ended, which felt insincere after they wasted my time. This whole process was the most unprofessional experience I've had with a potential employer. They didn't respect my time while I was working my full-time job, they asked for a lot but wouldn't answer my questions, and after getting all my personal and current employer info (an industry competitor), they decided not to hire anyone. I have 2 other job offers now; both were upfront with all my questions and seemed genuinely excited about me joining their team!

Marketing
I was contacted by a Staffing Specialist on LinkedIn. We had a brief chat the next day to go over the job details. After they looked at my resume and some of my work, they asked me to come to their Home Office for an interview with my potential direct supervisor and the head HR person. We talked for about an hour. The next day, I got a call inviting me back for a second interview. This one was with my direct supervisor and the head Marketing Officer, and also lasted about an hour. I received a verbal offer that same evening. Later, I had a quick phone call with the CEO for about 20 minutes. That afternoon, I got a formal, written offer. The whole process was really quick, about a week including the weekend, and they were always on time and clear with their communication. They kept me updated and didn't leave me hanging. I was really impressed!

After signing up online, I got a call the next day from Patti Morris to schedule an interview. When I got to Hire Dynamics for the interview, the staff were really nice. One of them asked my name, and then I had to fill out a quick work history form and do a drug test. After that, I was interviewed and asked a bunch of questions about my background, work experience, and education. Finally, they asked what kind of work I was interested in, and Patti let me know about the jobs they had open right away.
- When can you start working?
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Can you tell me about your previous jobs?
On-Site Coordinator
The interview process was really fast and enjoyable! It involved multiple stages, and the operations manager along with higher-level supervisors were very welcoming, which made it a better experience. I noticed a strong desire to get me onboarded and integrated into the team quickly after the interviews. Having one consistent contact person guide me throughout the entire process was extremely helpful and reassuring.
- Could you describe your approach to management?
