First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Hines.
Workplace Coordinator
I applied and two weeks later, the recruiter reached out. Then I interviewed with the hiring manager, supervisor, and client. The manager was great and got me the position. It was a pretty good and not too hard interview, except the client was a bit more particular.
- Can you define hospitality in your own words?
Program Coordinator
It was a month-long process with four rounds. I first spoke with HR, then my direct manager, and finally the head of the division. Everyone was really nice and professional.
- What's your approach to managing a difficult client?
Project Coordinator
I applied via LinkedIn and had three remote interviews over a week with different team members. We were supposed to meet in person, but one person got sick with Covid. The process was fast and seemed good, but it turned out they already had someone in mind even though they seemed really interested. I had to ask them about their decision.
- Could you provide your references?
