Graduate Engineer Trainee
So there were around 10 people selected after some tests and a group discussion. Out of those 10, 8 got the job offer. The interview itself was mostly core-based, with just one HR question at the end. It lasted about half an hour. They asked more about chemistry than engineering, which was kind of expected.

So it was a campus placement drive, that began with an aptitude test which was a elimination round. After that there was a Technical cum HR interview. In the interview they wanted to check how adaptable the candidate is and also about their long term plans. The technical part was mainly to test the knowledge of basic power and electrical engineering concepts and how they can be applied in the field.

- What is the maximum rating for a motor to be placed on LT supply?
- Without a name plate, how would you distinguish between a DC and an AC motor?
Graduate Engineer Trainee
The interview process had 3 rounds: Aptitude, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview. The aptitude test was fairly easy and focused on time management, requiring 45 questions in 35 minutes, covering quantitative, logical, and data interpretation. Group discussion topics were general, such as voting rights and social media. The personal interview was primarily HR-focused, with some technical questions that weren't too in-depth.
