So first up was a group discussion for about 20 minutes. It covered topics like marketing, sales, stocks, and supply chain stuff. After that, they looked at my resume, asking about my internship and projects. Then came the domain-specific part, where they asked about Civil, Mech, or Elec engineering. Finally, there was an HR round, which was pretty easy. They weren't too bothered about extracurriculars; it seemed like CGPA and category were the main things they cared about.

The interview process started with resume screening based on CPI. Then there was a GD round, which lasted about 20 minutes and involved a 10-minute case study preparation followed by a 10-minute discussion. The case studies typically revolved around sustainable development and renewable energies. Finally, there was a 20-minute personal interview with general behavioral questions to assess organizational fit. 5 students were selected.
