Then, HR might give you a call for a quick phone screen to check your availability, experience, and why you're interested. After that, you'll likely have an interview, either in person or virtually, with the Front Office Manager or HR, where they'll ask you behavioral and situational questions. Sometimes, there's an assessment, like a quick customer service roleplay or a test where you might have to handle a guest complaint. Before they hire you, Hilton will do a background check and check your references. If everything checks out, you'll get a job offer and start the onboarding process.
