Intern
The interview process started with a 3-question HireVue, followed by a really simple 20-minute recruiter screen, and then a 30-minute behavioral interview with the manager. This was for a Marketing & Loyalty internship in McLean, VA. The whole process was super easy and they kept in touch the entire time.

Intern
The online assessments and hire vue questions were pretty easy, mostly about the company and the role. Nothing to stress over, just ensure you do some research on the company and show your interest.

- What about the role and Hilton interests you?
Intern
I went through a 3-week hiring and interview process. It included 3 interviews total: 2 were phone interviews, and 1 was through hire vue. Overall, it was a good experience. They asked standard questions about my strengths and weaknesses, and how my past experiences would be a good fit for this internship.

- What makes you want to work for Hilton?
