The recruiter gave me a quick call to check my qualifications. It was a good chat. She really wanted to know my salary expectations, even though she could have shared the range. Then, I had a Teams call with the hiring manager. We had a good conversation, but I felt I was overqualified for the role. I asked if my title could be upgraded due to my qualifications. She agreed, but mentioned that the budget was for a junior position.

First, there was a recruiter screening. After that, I had a hiring manager interview. If I passed that, I would have then interviewed with the hiring manager's supervisors. The recruiter screening mainly focused on Hilton's values.

I applied online by submitting my resume and filling out the application. Hilton HR Recruiter called me about 4-5 days later. They asked me some questions and asked if I was willing to speak with the hiring manager. I said yes, and they said they would follow up. The next day, the recruiter emailed me to set up a time to speak with the Hiring Manager. She called me at the scheduled time and we spoke for about 30 minutes.
- Can you share an example of a time you dealt with a challenging customer?
