Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Hilton.
Revenue Accountant
The interview process at Hilton was well organized and professional. It started with a screening call, and then a behavioral interview where they asked about real-world scenarios and my past experiences. The interviewers were friendly, respectful, and clearly told me what they expected for the role. The questions were mostly behavioral and related to Hilton’s values, focusing on teamwork, communication, and problem-solving. The whole process felt structured and fair. I really liked how transparent and professional they were.
- Can you tell me about your greatest strength?
Accounting Analyst
The interview process went well, but there was absolutely no follow-up. I had no idea where I stood. I emailed the team twice with no response. It was a missed opportunity for Hilton to provide feedback on my weaknesses during the interview. I expected more from a company like Hilton.
- Can you tell me about your accounting skills and describe your background?
Accounting Manager
The management here moves pretty fast with hiring. I had two interviews before getting an offer. My first interview was with my potential supervisor and the Department Manager. My second interview was with executives from the sales office. They mentioned that I'd have a big role with the staff and also a lot of client interaction.
- Can you introduce yourself?
