The interview process was really good and smooth. I felt like I had the chance to show what I'm capable of. The interviewer was nice and spoke well. It was a virtual interview followed by an in-person round.

The interviewer was about 20 minutes late and didn't apologize when he arrived, which gave me a bad first impression. His suit was sloppy, but the staff were friendly and presentable. The interviewer was uptight and had an uncomfortable stare. I tried to break the ice, but it didn't fully ease the tension. Although I have no hotel experience, I have a lot of customer service experience. His stare was distracting, which made me mess up on some questions, but I didn't really care because I wouldn't want to work there with him as a supervisor. I'm glad I didn't get an offer.
