The interview process was horrible. The hiring manager was unresponsive and didn't call back. One manager is running two hotels and is very busy, making her unresponsive to phone calls. This place is near the casino and should be much better.

I interviewed for a front desk role at the Hilton, and it was a really nice and professional experience. They asked me about my customer service abilities, how I handle juggling tasks, and dealing with guest issues. I liked that they focused on hospitality and working together as a team. I left feeling good and really interested in the job.

The interview process included a meeting with the department manager and HR. It was objective, relaxed, and straightforward, without unnecessary complexities or strange questions. A significant positive aspect was the entirely digital process for submitting documents upon hiring.

Behavioral Other

It was a pretty standard interview process, with about 3 interviews in total, including the initial recruiter call. I spoke with both the director of sales and the general manager. It's a pretty standard hospitality process. I'd suggest having some questions ready about the property and the company culture, because they really want to understand how you can contribute to their success.
