It was a two-step process. First, a phone interview. Then, an interview with the hiring manager. They were very nice and supportive. I didn't get the job because I didn't fully answer questions in PAR or STAR format, and my internet connection was bad. They gave feedback quickly though, which is helpful for future interviews.
