Behavioral Technical

First, there was a phone screening. Then, I had to do a recorded video interview where they asked general behavioral questions and some questions about my major. The questions weren't too hard. They let you know if you passed this first part after the video.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was pretty good. It began with a phone screen, then I talked with some group leads. During the group interview, they asked me technical questions and some about leadership and other project management roles. The final interview was with the director, where we talked about high-level strategy, and they decided to recommend me for the role. I'm happy with how the interviews went and with the company.

Behavioral Case Presentation

Normally the interview is a 3 step process. First is a Skype interview with a potential peer colleague. Second is a case study analysis with the hiring manager and group head. Third is the final interview with the Hilti NA CIO. The first interview lasted for 45-60 minutes and it covered generic questions on career aspiration, key challenges encountered etc. The second interview consisted of a real life case study from HILTI Europe operation. The problem statement was that a prominent warehouse serving the French market was burned down due to an accident and as a Project Manager, you are supposed to provide a disaster recovery plan. The 3rd interview with the CIO is a generic Q&A round.
