So after I applied, a recruiter reached out via email and sent me a link to pick a time for a phone screen. When the time came, the recruiter called. We had some connection issues, and about 10-15 minutes into the chat, the call dropped. I called back, left a message, and also sent an email with another number. Didn't hear back. Then a week later, I got this generic email saying I wasn't moving forward.

The interview process was very straightforward. I started with a phone screening, then had a Teams meeting with two leaders from the engineering department, and then had another Teams meeting with the Senior Engineer and another employee. It was very simple and behavioral, I was asked zero technical questions.

Overall it was a good experience, though the whole process could take a while before you hear back, so you just gotta be patient. They asked a lot of conditional questions. But the interviewers were all respectful and easy to talk to.
