All three interviewers will question you simultaneously about your past experiences that you believe make you qualified for the role, particularly if you lack an educator's degree. You'll also be asked about your plans for teaching your classroom, including researched methods and best practices you'd use. If the panel is impressed with your candidacy, you'll then have a one-on-one interview with the school's principal for the final decision.

It was usually the principal and assistant principal interviewing me. They asked me a bunch of questions about education, my classroom experience, management style, my educational philosophy, and how much I knew about the school site.
