I spoke with two recruiters over the phone for this role. They were pretty chill and didn't ask anything too difficult. Mostly, they just asked about my experience and then explained the Account Supervisor job openings. They said they'd loop back in a few days after checking with the hiring managers. I reached out after a few days, but then heard nothing. It's kind of a bummer when they don't let you know if the hiring manager passed.

I applied online and heard back from an HR Manager after a few weeks. The interview process wasn't too bad. I spoke with the HR Manager, who asked me about my background and why I chose my major. It felt pretty casual, and the manager was really nice. I found out about a month later that I got into the internship program.
