I had a phone screen first, then I met with three people from the account team. They asked typical questions about why I'm interested in the company, my past work experience, and how I approach my work. It felt pretty relaxed and the interviewers were nice. The only downside was not having much time to ask my own questions.

I applied online and then the HR manager reached out to me via email. I spoke with two people from the digital team in separate meetings. The first person I talked to really dug into the specifics of the job I was applying for, and I explained how my background could fit the role at HH. The second person, who's the manager, asked me some standard interview questions: like, tell me about your past work experience, why I was looking to leave my current role, and why I was interested in HH. I also made sure to have some questions ready to show I was engaged. The interviews seemed to go really well, and I think they both liked me.

I made it all the way to the last interview, which was supposed to be with the SVP. I waited for like 40 minutes but they never showed up. I emailed the person I was talking to to see if we could reschedule, and they just never replied. I followed up a few more times and still nothing. I was stood up and then totally ghosted. Like, why is it so difficult to just send a quick message saying something came up or that they're moving in a different direction? It's not that hard to do. This whole thing felt like a complete waste of time and ended really badly.
