The interview process was really good and kept me engaged. It started with a screening, then I had a skill assessment with the HR Manager, and the final interview was with the global HR Manager. The interview was held online using the VooV platform. It had two main stages. The first stage involved a regional HRM, a local HRM, and a local supervisor. The second stage was with the Regional Director. The overall interview felt friendly and engaging, focusing mainly on my past experiences and the challenges I've encountered. During the process, I had discussions with the local HR team regarding the organization and they asked some additional questions. In the end, I received an offer that included good benefits and fair compensation.
