The hiring process dragged on for a long time. The HR department seemed really incompetent. Every time I tried to call HR for an update or any information, either no one picked up, or I wouldn't get a straight answer. They said they'd get back to me, but they never did. The interview itself was pretty straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and gave me a tour of the lab.
