My advice is to research the company and the specific department you're applying to – it really helps calm your nerves and makes you feel more confident going into the interview.

Had two interviews, one with the recruiter and one with the team. Never heard back after the team interview, so I reached out to the recruiter again after a couple weeks. No response. Tried again about a week later and still no response. Noticed the job posting was up for almost a year. Reached out a few months later and still nothing. They ghosted me. Disappointing.

The initial HR call was on Zoom, and there were three heads of departments present. The interview itself went well and without any major issues, although it seemed like they struggled with asking behavioral questions and kept interrupting each other. I asked about the timeline for hearing back, and they mentioned it would be a few days and that my interview went great. However, I never heard back, not even a rejection or a thank you email, which was disappointing.
