I was called for an interview for a position I did not apply for. The position seemed interesting, but the meeting was strange. The person had a filter on their camera. Later, even after informing them I did not want to continue with the process, they kept filling my inbox with spam. It also seems a bit strange to me that there is no one from LATAM working in the company, but they constantly post vacancies for Colombia and Honduras. It seems more like an attempt to search for talent at a low cost and high exploitation.

The interview process started with an initial call, then there was an exam, and finally a supposed final interview. However, they didn't even go over the recruitment process, which they should have done at the start. I had booked to speak with one female recruiter, but surprisingly, two female recruiters I didn't book showed up for the initial interview. They didn't explain why there were two of them, just saying the one I booked wasn't available. Both recruiters seemed quite new to the role. One didn't introduce herself properly and was clearly reading from a script, while the other seemed to be guiding her throughout. I got a weird feeling about it all. After the exam, which they emailed me, the email itself was poorly written and unprofessional, like the sender hadn't even proofread it, which left me confused. The final interview was initially with a foreigner, but after a short chat, I was suddenly passed on to someone else without any explanation. I really didn't appreciate how they managed and conducted the interviews; it felt very unprofessional.
